Since 1989, Especially For You Florist has served the greater Birmingham area.  With much thought, prayer, and a leap of faith the proverbial doors were opened in a small store front on 19th Street in Bessemer, Alabama.

Now located in Hoover Alabama (for the last twelve years), near the Galleria on Hwy. 150, we continue to provide "Designer Florals With A WOW!" with service and a smile.

Kathie Yenulis is the driving force at the forefront of providing the freshest florals available for your gift giving, weddings, birthdays, banquets, Hotels, and major corporate events.

Continuing education and competition in major floral design events has kept Especially For You the premier area florist for nearly twenty years.  Kathie and other employees have been recognized through numerous local, state and national awards.  Most recently, Kathie was inducted into the American Institute of Floral Design (AIFD), a highly coveted accreditation with worldwide recognition.  Kathie has been honored to do the wedding of local TV celebrities and even provided roses for Heather Whitestone, Miss America.

We would be remiss if we did not mention Teresa, who has been with us for about sixteen years.  She doesn't design, (even though we think she could) but does everything else to help keep the shop running smoothly.  Don't even want to think what we would do without her.  Teresa, YOU ARE THE  BEST!

Also, we have the most loving employee who works for treats.  Bandit, the official greeter who some think could pass for a full blooded Shi Tzu.
